Guided Cold Plunge on the Deschutes River ($)
ADD-ON TICKET REQUIRED $29.  °°° BUY Add-on tickets HERE. °°°

In this guided cold plunge session on the Deschutes River, you’ll use the cold as a tool to dive inward and self-generate serenity.

You won’t muscle through it.
Or brace and grit your teeth.
You'll slow your breathing.
And settle into calm clarity.

Cold exposure is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen your nervous system. When paired with intentional breathing, it becomes a practice of strength and surrender.

Expect clear instruction, science-backed guidance, and a grounded approach that blends the best of yoga philosophy and nervous system studies.

You’ll leave invigorated, empowered, and grounded in your body and breathing.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. Wear a swimsuit under your street clothes, or go into the water in yoga pants and sports bra.
  2. Water shoes can help with comfort on sandy/rocky parts of the river.
  3. Bring a big towel, water, and any other items in a small day pack. There are large restrooms for changing at the picnic shelter at Riverbend Park.
  4. This activity is subject to river flows, snowpack and may involve very cold water temperatures. It's the participants responsibility to ensure he/she/they are well enough for this and any activity. Consult your doctor.

Forest Bathing on the Deschutes River Trail ($)

ADD-ON TICKET REQUIRED $39  °°° BUY Add-on tickets HERE. °°°

Forest bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “forest bath” and just means to take in the atmosphere of the forest through our senses. It is a practice of spending time in forested areas for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness and remembering our connection to nature and each other. A forest bathing session starts off with a guided meditation deepening into each of the senses, and then you’ll be led through a series of invitations that offer the opportunity for deeper relaxation and connection with ourselves and the living world. We will come together for optional sharing and close the experience with wildcrafted tea.

The Deschutes River Trail is rated "easy" with some rocky points, no scrambling, and minimal elevation gain. Please wear appropriate footwear; hiking boots/shoes highly recommended.

BRING: water, a snack if you get hungry, something to sit on (mat, towel, etc.), journal and pen if desired, eyeshade, sunscreen, a pack to hold your stuff.

Myofascial Release Techniques for Resilience and Recovery
FILLING
Limited Capacity filling up
Myofascial release has been a life-changing tool for both myself and the thousands of patients, teachers, & students that I’ve worked with. It can be used for tissue resilience, pain regulation, recovery, nervous system regulation, and just feel-good embodiment to name a few.

This workshop will briefly look at the what, why, & how behind these techniques then dive into protocols for the legs, hips, back, & shoulders. A great way to get a scan of what’s going on in the major areas of your body as well as a potent tool to quickly shift your experience in your body. You’ll leave with a basic understanding of how to apply this work and some areas to focus in on in your own body.

No prior experience necessary. You’ll need 2 tennis balls or 2 similarly sized myofascial balls for this class.

REQUIRED Props: must have 2 balls of the same size to participate (tennis balls are great or bring your own myofascial balls

RECOMMENDED Props: block & blanket are helpful, bring your own.

Sunday June 14, 2026 10:30am - 11:45am PDT

Yoga teaches us that the real magic happens in the sweet spot—the place between too much and not enough, between pushing and pulling back. It’s where effort meets surrender, discipline meets freedom, and true growth unfolds. Explore this edge and learn how this tuning transforms both your practice, your life, and even changes the world.

Expect deep recovery stretches and seated poses, balanced by moments of stillness. Come ready to experiment, explore, and find your own sweet spot as we bring the festival to a close.
