This mobility-focused yoga class supports you building strength, confidence, and functional range of motion. We start with dynamic movement to warm tissues and take joints through active ranges then shift into slower, static shapes to consolidate mobility and downshift, mirroring how your body moves in daily life. The focus is on developing range of motion you can access, control, and trust. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to move well, stay resilient, and keep doing what you love.

Myofascial release has been a life-changing tool for both myself and the thousands of patients, teachers, & students that I’ve worked with. It can be used for tissue resilience, pain regulation, recovery, nervous system regulation, and just feel-good embodiment to name a few.
This workshop will briefly look at the what, why, & how behind these techniques then dive into protocols for the legs, hips, back, & shoulders. A great way to get a scan of what’s going on in the major areas of your body as well as a potent tool to quickly shift your experience in your body. You’ll leave with a basic understanding of how to apply this work and some areas to focus in on in your own body.
No prior experience necessary. You’ll need 2 tennis balls or 2 similarly sized myofascial balls for this class.
REQUIRED Props: must have 2 balls of the same size to participate (tennis balls are great or bring your own myofascial balls
RECOMMENDED Props: block & blanket are helpful, bring your own. ____________________________________________

In this workshop we will explore one of our plant kin in depth through their materia medica (a body of knowledge that outlines plants medicinal uses, estoteric properties, lore and more). Then we will use that knowledge to inspire an embodied movement practice guided by the wisdom of this plant kin to support us in moving through our own internal landscape of emotions. The plant kin we will be working with will be intuitively chosen a few days before this workshop based on collective themes and the season. Some examples of herbs we may work with include wood betony, rose, damiana, yarrow or mugwort. This is a somatic movement experience that supports us in fostering deeper relationship with the Earth, our plant kin, ourselves and those around us. A tea made of the plant kin of choice will be provided to support in building connection and communication with that plant.
Example: Autumn is the season of turning inward and grounding. Our plant kin can support us during this seasonal shift. Discover the essence of Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) to support your internal seasonal shift and embody the wisdom of this plant kin through an inspired movement practice.

Explore backbends as anatomy and alchemy, expanding your capacity to give and receive love
Backbends are invitations into expansion, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In this workshop, we’ll explore the anatomy that supports safe, sustainable backbending: activating the spine, shoulders, and core, while creating space through the hips and quads. With this foundation, we’ll flow into a variety of heart-opening shapes, practicing them with both strength and freedom.
Beyond the physical, backbends ask us to embody vulnerability and courage. As we expand the chest and lift the heart, we expand our capacity for presence, connection, and joy.
Expect a mix of thoughtful alignment, playful drills, and guided practice that will leave you not only with new tools for your body, but also with a felt sense of openness and awe
Yoga teaches us that the real magic happens in the sweet spot—the place between too much and not enough, between pushing and pulling back. It’s where effort meets surrender, discipline meets freedom, and true growth unfolds. Explore this edge and learn how this tuning transforms both your practice, your life, and even changes the world.
Expect deep recovery stretches and seated poses, balanced by moments of stillness. Come ready to experiment, explore, and find your own sweet spot as we bring the festival to a close.
